Use of the Extegrity grading system for bar examiners is covered by the confidentiality, non-disclosure, and all other terms of the contract between the bar examiner’s office and Extegrity. The entire system, including but not limited to visible contents, page layouts and underlying code are CONFIDENTIAL.
